Avoid at all costs. Ordered through Deliveroo, 1.5hrs to arrive. Disgusting food

Ok reviews on Deliveroo but the food was pretty poor. Dry chicken, rice wasn’t really fried or seasoned. Spring rolls were burnt and soggy.

Avoid. Ordered via deliveroo (they are called Jasmin Gardens on there). I ordered only due to their quick delivery time quoted. Nearly 40 mins after the quoted time I tried calling the restaurant. No answer multiple times. I tried to cancel food but deliveroo called the restaurant and they said it was 2-5 mins away. I made Deliveroo stay online until that time frame passed. Surprise surprise, no food. Deliveroo called them again and was told food was “around the corner” but I asked for a refund. The restaurant lies in order to take your money/order and seems to deliver whenever it suits them & will be uncontactable in the meantime. If you’re happy with that, order. If not - AVOID.

Ordered off of uber eats. They delivered too next-door and I called 4 times and 1 time was told driver been pulled over. I heard the driver knock next door I even when out. 2 hours later we find out wrong door. Gave them a week to make good as food was uneatable by time we got it. Will never order from them again.

Order was never delivered, resturant then didn't answer the phone. It seems this resturant accepts orders but doesn't deliver them.

food was amazing, specially egg fried rice and chow mein.chef is very professional.

The absolute worst food i have ever ordered. Took an extra hour. When it turned up it was tiny portions and im almost certain it was a Tesco Home Take Away reheated and stuck in tubs. Gross! And stupidly overpriced.

SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered from UberEats, they delayed the time by an hour and when I called the restaurant multiple times I was hung up on. 3.5 hours later I get a message saying my order had arrived, it never came.. still waiting for my refund.
