Although the food, environment, and service from employees are good, I want to distinguish the experience that the prior give compared to what I have noticed from the manager who I believe to be the owner of Fountain LA. If you look at past negative reviews specifically regarding management, they are all true. The manager's behavior at this establishment is deeply concerning. He exhibits rudeness, arrogance, and condescension, particularly towards customers who come from various socioeconomic backgrounds. I overheard him speaking dismissively about customers who didn't "fit in," revealing a height of bad manners around guests. Moreover, the manager's actions veered into the territory of potential sexual harassment. This behavior is completely unacceptable anywhere. Despite the positive vibe from the employees and the overall atmosphere, the manager's unprofessionalism is a glaring issue that significantly detracts from the overall experience. This establishment needs to address these serious concerns and ensure a safe and respectful environment for all patrons. Honestly, the establishment seems better run by one of the manager's employees rather than himself. It is sincerely disappointing to see such a disregard for basic decency and customer satisfaction. This manager should redirect their energy towards maintaining a more welcoming environment. Improvement is imperative, as the current quality falls far short of acceptable standards.
