Love the food and ice cream here!! Clovis landmark for sure!! Employees were nice and fast service! The fries are the best!!! It has been here as long as I can remember..But definitely needs renovation it's old and looks dirty (I'm sure it's just old) and the bathroom was horrible ..soooo bad and gross that I didn't let my grandkids use it!
I’ve came here since i was a kid with my dad getting icecream and milkshakes. only place ik that does a banana shake right. and their cones are so good
One of the only places left in Clovis that have crinkle cut fries and hot
Overall very bad! Customer service was just as bad, the gal taking my order didn’t greet me, was on her phone. Ordered a chicken sandwich and it looked like it was warmed up from days prior, asked for a burger instead & it was burnt, the fries tasted burnt. It was just thrown together, will never return.
I have a very strange allergy (onions), and the staff were very quick to accommodate, no questions asked! Removed all items in contact with them, cooked on a different area, fresh condiments..everything. Most places we cannot go to because everything is cooked with onions and only a few places can make adjustments for me. I wish I had gotten there names, I would so give shoutouts to them! Thank you for making this meal so enjoyable and easy going..will definitely be returning.
I brought my kids here to grab some food during the Christmas Parade. I paid over $25 for two kids meals and an order of onion rings. The onion rings were decent. But the kids meals.... As my kids would say... we're "totally SUS". The hot dogs they ordered were dried up, shriveled, and burnt. The bread was dry and crumbling. I couldn't believe they would serve food like that in a kids meal. Had we not been in such a rush to get back to the parade, I would have asked them to remake them. That being said, the employees were really nice. I also really appreciated the fact that they were letting anyone who needed to use the restroom do so. There were so many people who came in from the parade and they could've been jerks about. So kudos to them for that at least.
