This place is overcrowded and the staff not even speak good English they confuse Cheesecake with corn cake even they refuse to provide a receipt of what you purchased

La atención es mala en general. Los productos no son gran cosa como para los precios tan altos que tienen. Yo no vuelvo.

I went to their location at the Millenia Mall and I loved it, so I was looking forward to come to the location at the Loop. But the experience was not enjoyable at all! We ordered some cheese and chicken empanadas and they were horrible! They were soggy, oily, and soft instead of dry and crispy. The chicken was shredded in supper large pieces and the cheese was like a huge piece of cheese stuffed inside the empanadas... instead of shredded so it would melt when you fried it... horrible... we threw them away almost entirely. I went with my mom, who is very old (95) and has difficulties holding large glasses or cans, so I asked for a cup (a cartoon one, one of those used for coffee) and the answer was "we do not have cups to give away for free"... like I were walking outside and entered to ask for a cup! Crazy! I am a customer, I entered the store and bought food! Instead, I was given a TINY cup which barely held 3 sips of coke. Anyway, no more Fortuna for us! I am giving 2 stars to acknowledge the very friendly girls that helped me inside the store (except the cashier who was the one who told me she could not give me a cup for free). What a shame.

Mouthwatering! The display cases were packed full of delectable, artistic desserts. It was exciting just looking at the work put into the display cases' presentation! Sandwiches, empanadas, teas, and coffees also offered. Dining areas available indoors and on a covered outdoor patio. Tables were cleaned promptly. Floors swept and clean appearing. We recommend and plan to return!

I visit this place frequently. Estafani costumer service is amazing, thank you. I recommend this place 100%

Exelente lugar, muy amables nos atendió stefany una chica muy carismática les recomiendo 100% los toqueños estaban riquísimos , ni hablar de las empanadas
