Nice variety of products, a little expensive as compared to other grocery stores like Walmart.

Horrible service at the coffee bar from the slender older white guy. Got a coffee and asked to buy a cup because I only wanted to try it. He said they don't sell cups anymore as per head office, but he will do it this time only. He charged me 60 cents for a cup and it came up on a receipt as a flavour shot! Even Tim Hortons sells them for 10cents each. At that point I felt like now he practically sold me half a coffee because small coffee is $1.20. He was awkwardly walking around checking if I would fill a coffee and I did, because I felt at that point that I just paid for half a coffee he leaned over and said I can't do that and made me feel like a thief I said I will pay for it. He said it's fine this one time but stared me down, and I insisted on paying. I don't need any "favours" from people like that. I will NEVER get coffee from Fortinos again and will make sure everyone I know is not going there either. Its really humiliating what this person did. I'm completely disgusted.

Unprofessional staff at the pizza/ bread area. On more than a handful of times, I noticed that some are reluctant to serve me. Walking away as I approach the counter and when another person or more come, then I am served. I understand it's busy back there, but the person who continues to walk away does so to talk with other staff while I'm there waiting. Customer service is important. I have spent a lot of money shopping there and I now hesitate to buy bread/ pizza there. The truth is I am seriously considering spending my money where I feel treated equally.

Quite a large grocery store (and more). Seems like a lot of staff, lots of lines open. And they are doing a good job with the line up control during the pandemic. Great bakery, deli, and produce selection. Bonus to use pc points to pay also. Updated April 2024: I'm tired of their miserable too long employed cashiers. Terrible attitudes, don't care, won't help... So I subtracted one star today.

Emily on the PC express pick-up is an angel and has amazing customer service skills, and is so cheery even working in the rain. I hope she’s treated well & gets a raise! ☺️
