Been going to this place for over a year now since we live nearby. One of the best places in the area without a doubt. Always great food, always great service. Don't tell anyone, it's hard to find a table at times as it is...

Love Forthright!! Their chef is amazing. Not only the regular menu but they always have a couple specials dishes. And of you like oysters, theirs are great. The burger is the old standby. Also can’t go wrong with the mussels. Crab cake amazing. Shrimp and grits if you like creole flavor. And curious or bread pudding for dessert! There’s more goodies but can’t name everything! Pro tip: happy hour.

I booked for Sunday night for my birthday but the restaurant was completely closed when I got there at 6pm. Still post business hour on the entrance saying it’s opening till 8pm on Sunday night. No one answered calls. No notice on the entrance. Is this restaurant permanently closed?

Awesome happy hour menu with delicious oysters. It seems that the oysters on the happy hour special change so you can try something new every time. The menu as a whole looks delicious so I'm looking forward to returning and trying more. Thee staff is very attentive and friendly and we had a great time
