Been going here for years. Great food and nice sushi chef
Delicious and great lunch special.
Nasty old soggy oily pu pu platter. I ordered on Uber eats but for sure super old like 8 hours at least. In my opinion it is lazy and you could have at least denied my order instead of trying to make money on something you should have thrown away.
My husband and I had our late lunch at this restaurant and became very ill today. Leo the manager stated my allegation is not true and that this has never happened in 40 years.
I have never been disappointed with the food, service or atmosphere. They have been fab for all my orders.
●We stopped in for habachi for dinner. We were not impressed and neither were the first time hibachi goers we were seated with. We went here because of the hype on social media and it did not live up to the hype. The wonton soup and the options they give you for soup is nice but the salad was basic iceberg lettuce poured from a bag. We got the couples steak, shrimp,& scallop meal and teriyaki chicken, & teriyaki steak for our kids. We also got a Mai Thai & cherry blossom cocktail(s) They were strong drinks but not tasty. ● The venue looks like a converted old club or hotel bar. They only have 3 habachi grills which are on an enclosed patio area.(reservation may be needed) The grills don't have a scrap disposal. So in between cooking your meals they'll clean the grills and move it into a bowl. When we were seated our cutlery and plates were dirty. ● Our waitor and cook were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The service definitely out weighed the food. They didn't use butter for our food. The cook opted for grease which is fine but he seasoned the food too lightly...so it definitely lacked flavor. They didn't have any sauce to dip anything in neither. The price points are off and they over charge for the habachi. In my opinion it wasn't worth it. When we were leaving there were lots of people in the restaurant and alot of the dishes looked pretty good. If I were to go back I would just dine-in and try the regular menu ... it seemed like a better option.
