I always enjoy going to this foodmaxx store!! Unfortunately, Helen no loner works there but I met another employee named Teresa!! She’s hella helpful and informative!!

It's a dump. The lines are atrociously long because the self check stations are always closed. Their reason? Because there isn't anyone on the staff that is trained to run it. Bad management, poor training, and corporate neglect.

In my opinion the advertised reviews on the website are staged ! It's so funny all these reviews are exactly the problems with the store know carts cashier's are slow as snails never enough cashier's those reviews are staged I WORKED AT THIS DISGUSTING STORE be very careful about the vegetable racks look underneath each level of rack mold was falling on the produce beneath each level almost every rack had large amounts of mold and dangerous calcium deposits (Research calcium deposits in Santa Rosa water) josh the manager wouldn't even come look at it and alma who still is the assistant manager who says shes the manager is a liar is a tyrant and treats employees terrible anyone who doesn't kiss her a** doesn't get hours or is put on carts and there time clock forced you to say you took all breaks and lunch even though you worked through lunch and breaks so they wouldn't have to pay you or pay overtime Or get fined by the union . And Alma assistant manager also wouldn't not do anything about the mold cause she didn't care I had to threaten to call the Health Dept to top executives And it took them almost two weeks just to come look at the mold problem and took two months before cleaning them as customers bought produce they did not care one bit about customers or there health even when I told them I saw babys eating grapes off the shelf as many people do to test the sweetness but still didn't matter clear up to the top management executives it was disgusting the level at which this reached and was addressed with know urgency what so ever they even tried to punish me for trying to help the store and customers by making me clean it all up .(TEACHING ME A LESSON NOT TO COMPLAIN OR I Will BE THE ONE THAT HAS TO FIX THE PROBLEM) This store has disgusting people in charge don't buy anything that isn't packaged from them THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS WHAT SO EVER AND I HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE THE ,LEVEL OF DISGUST AND TO PROVE MY MOLD STATEMENT these people are disgusting the lack of care is unbelievable JERRY JOSH ALMA and your boss DOUG REGIONAL MANAGER none of you should be in charge of a ant farm shame on you , you should all be in jail at the minum fired ESPECIALLY THE TYRANT ALMA SHE THINKS SHES IN CONTROL OF A DICTATORSHIP CONSTANTLY BREAKING THE RULES ,LAWS AND POLICY SHE SAYS SHE CAN DO ANYTHING SHE WANTS AND SAYS WHO DO YOU THINK THEY WILL BELIEVE IF YOU REPORT ME YOU OR ME ? SHES A TYRANT AND A TERRIBLE PERSON A NEIGHBOR OF HERS SAYS IT'S ALL TRUE I MET HER IN THE STORE SHE SAID Alma the assistant manager THINKS SHE is a KNOW IT ALL AND VERY ARROGANT AND TREATS PEOPLE LIKE SHES ABOVE ALL OTHERS . To: Owner That's okay I have filed a Class Action Lawsuit against foodmax and I will see you in court at mediation ! APRIL 16th 2024 YOU AND UPPER MANAGEMENT "ARE THE PROBLEM" YOU TOOK TWO MONTHS TO ADDRESS AND CLEAN IT YOU DIDN'T EVEN COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT FOR 2 WEEKS AS CUSTOMERS WERE PURCHASING THOSE DISGUSTING PRODUCE PRODUCTS EVERY DAY THERE IS NO EXCUSE YOU DON'T CARE ! And my review is sure hard to find lately LOL
