Foo Lam Restaurant Maison

I order food by phone yesterday ! I order a lot of food, its cost me 410$. When I arrive to pick up my food and I don’t have enough cash with me. I want to pay with my debit. The receptionist tell me go to the ATM machine to take cash. Better pay with cash , if I pay by my debit she will add tax on my bill. Ok I go to take my cash in the ATM to pay her with cash. Then the food so heavy no one help me to bring it down to my car. Another guy was waiting for the food he was helping me to bring my food to my car. Then the receptionist call me to give Tip for them. I say I think you put the Tip in the bill, she say No. then I give her 20$. This place I give 1 star because the service very bad, they don’t service me at the table but they ask for Tip. And they don’t want to take debit card. I hope Quebec revenue come to check this place. I have proof of yesterday when I pick up the food. I have the receipt when I take cash money at their ATM. And if they can check the camare. I’m a Vietnamese customer I was there at 5:45 yesterday April 13 2024.

Absolutely amazing food! We typically order, but today we decided to dine in at the restaurant. The tea was delicious, the plates were delightful, and the service was excellent!

How greedy can you possibly be ? I made an order for 169$ and i called to tell them to give me hot sauce with my order they told me they can’t because i didn’t pay for it. Since when do you have to pay for hot sauce ? whatttttttttt every restaurant gives hot sauce or ketchup free of charge. These people are beyond greedy, i can’t with businesses like this you want to support small businesses and look what they come up with. Greedy humans 169$ order and you can’t give me a hot sauce that costs you less than 10 cents wow NEVER again i will take my buisness elsewhere

你们是不是换厨师了，做的菜这么难吃。为什么鱼香茄子里没有肉，肉呢，啊，被你吃了？原来明明很好吃，为什么新厨师来了这么难吃，为什么还不开除他，啊

Great authentic food, great service

喺加拿大幾十年從來未見過咁差嘅餐館。服務又唔好。 服務態度差，仲要問攞小費。 又冇服務。後來我都冇同佢嘈 就當比乞兒啦！！！嗰個女人好似死老竇咁嘅樣。睇見佢個樣食慾都冇晒。食唔落。以後我永遠都唔會再去。
