Nothing too special—an affordable, Americanized sushi place. One thing that would dramatically improve their sushi without jacking up the price is to season their rice better with more rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. What I tasted today was bland and dry. The quality of fish/seafood ingredients is about the average in a land-locked area. I would go for American-style rolls rather than nigiri, sashimi, or chirashi that rely more heavily on the quality of rice and/or fish. With that said, I’m probably more particular about East Asian food than most people in Denver to be fair.
I’ve had so many good experiences here I had to shout them out. I love the atmosphere and aquarium. The food is always 100%. The staff have the best customer service. They tried and succeeded at meeting all my dietary restrictions. Even put gf soy sauce in our togo box. So kind and attentive. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free friendly Dairy free friendly
Really enjoyed this place! Loved all the rolls we got. I would recommend!
Stopped in on a spur of the moment idea. It was the best idea we had that night. Great staff and great food. We plan on going back soon
Great Sushi. Fair Price. Highly recommend.
when to Fontana sushi on 6th couple days ago with my friend and I also live near by but I also find out that that they have another Fontana on alameda but it wasn’t own by them but when to try both restaurants and this one I can guarantee you that is the best sushi I ever have!!!!
I’ve been into Fontana twice and I’ve just gotten it delivered for the first time ! This place is amazing, good pricing for all the food you get. The delivery driver is definitely an owner or manager that I’ve seen around, he has the sweetest energy and thanked me greatly for ordering there. Highly recommend for ANYONE who loves some food sushi
