Fontana Italian Biltmore Hotel Miami

We celebrated a milestone birthday with brunch at the Biltmore and our meal and experience were excellent. Our servers Ileana and Guillermo made our visit so special.

UPDATE (April 2024) Service sucks. Gotta have to update my previous review. Chasing waiters even to pay the bill.

Hilda gave us a wonderful service, the food was amazing and the decoration and environment were impecable. We will surely come back on our next trip to the States!

Undoubtedly, this spot stands out as one of the finest Sunday brunch destinations in Coral Gables and the wider Miami region. Offering delectable cuisine, bottomless mimosas, and unparalleled service, it's an experience beyond compare. A special recognition goes to the outstanding team—Edwin, Matthew, Janiel, and Gigi—who ensured our visit was nothing short of exceptional.

This is such a lovely place to eat! Our server Michael-Anne was terrific and our order was not only taken quickly but also arrived quickly. The atmosphere can't be beat with the beautiful lights and music at night. Dessert was amazing. We've eaten here before and it is consistently good.

Last night we celebrated our wedding anniversary in the beautiful courtyard of the Fontana Restaurant at The Biltmore Hotel. My food was a masterpiece of perfection — beef tips with cremini mushrooms and cipollini onions in a demi-glace sauce. Au gratin potatoes were on the side. Everything was outstanding.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel it is definitely a site for sore eyes you can't believe the amount of artsmanship and craftsmanship that went into designing this building
