I love coming to these young ladies getting my mega tea drink. I go to the one in Lansing and I also go to the one in the city and both places are Awesome. I love Liz And Brenda's positive attitude they make me feel so welcome

Im glad to see fonseca nutrition in the Gage Park neighborhood for many reasons(probably won’t all fit). The first reason is because it has given this neighborhood a place where people of all ages can come together for an hour or so and dance, eat, drink, talk,laugh,you name it. Second reason the shakes! When one thinks of herbalife shakes one thinks what if it lacks flavor. Wrong! These shakes are so delicious you forget they are healthy. They are so well presented and are literally pouring out of the cup. All the food here is so creative and delicious! The third reason, the owner! The few times I have worked out here she makes sure you feel welcomed and not left out. That to me is ao important when someone is a journey they can be new to. Ooh and of course Mago! Her zumba class will have you sweating and you won’t notice becuase you feel like you are dancing at el baile lol Kid-friendliness: My two kids where able to join me for the class and afterwards had oreo shakes.

I loved my peanut butter bowl! I initially didn’t know what to get, but they have a big menu to choose from and their service was great!

There aren’t many healthy cafes/restaurants in Gage park so I was thrilled to find this place really close to home. They have a ton of options, all guilt free and loaded with protein. I got the chunky monkey protein bowl and I literally inhaled it. So delicious. It was the perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter. Honestly chefs kiss! I will need to make it a weekly tradition to come by here and treat myself! I can’t wait to try more things off their menu!
