Valentines day nightmare! Our reservation was honored, but were seated 2 hours after the scheduled time. Apparently management is greedy and accepts as many reservations as they can while not being able to manage the traffic. Servers were overloaded, so while it is not their fault, it sucks to pay good money for minimal service. Lastly, it could have been a fluke because the kitchen was overloaded, but the food was just ok. I feel they bring you all the cheap meat to fill you up and then when you are full they bring around the good cuts of steak. I can't say I'd recommend going here and I certainly will have a hard time going back.

If you’re planning on coming here for a holiday , don’t! I have never seen a restaurant so unorganized and messy. Nobody updated anyone on the wait time or the list of people who were getting seated. We were seated at 9:40 for a 8:00pm reservation and since we were seated in the corner no one brought us food. When we did just get the 2 rounds of people coming to our table the food was cold and uncooked. 142 dollars later and the food was horrible. The restaurant was a MESS! If you can’t handle this much people on a holiday, don’t overbook reservations that won’t be kept. Or simply do not open since you can’t handle the volume of the guest. never coming back here again.

Explain how a restaurant, who had you down for a reservation for 7:45 pm, tells you it's an hour wait when you get there 10 minutes prior to your reserservation. But we had a reservation?! We left. I got a text at 9:45 pm that are table was ready? Two hours past our reservation. This was Valentines day. How do people go to this place if this happens quite often. Never again! Texas De Brazil is better anyway! We won't go to foco de chao again!

Had a 6:15 reservation, waited in line until 6:45 . Didn't even receive the "we're ready to seat you" text until 7:15 Ended up going to Joy Sushi instead . It was great!

Had reservations at 7pm that I made 3 weeks ago. Didn't get seated at all. My date and I had to go to a diffrent restaurant to eat. The whole night was clearly overbooked

We had a reservation at 7:45pm and didn't get sat until around 835pm. Then it took forever to get our drinks and the food was bland and disgusting.

Cannot believe how badly this place dropped the ball tonight. My husband made a reservation 3 weeks ago for a special Valentine’s Day dinner for 6:15. We arrived at 6:08 and there was a line out the door with a cram-packed lobby. Turned out everyone in line also had reservations. It took us 15 minutes just to get inside enough to check in to the hostess. We were told “it’ll be just a few more minutes.” And then heard from some employee that they “didn’t overbook there was plenty of room” (not sure how that’s possible..). One employee came by and offered little pieces of steak to half the lobby once. We stood in the freezing cold lobby surrounded by at least 50 other angry people waiting despite having reservations. We did not get seated until 7:15- an hour after our reservation. When seated our server was clearly flustered and overwhelmed- they could barely explain the menu or process. Forgot our bread rolls. The salad bar was in shambles. The floor next to the salad bar was dirty with food under your every step. Honestly the whole restaurant seemed dirty and unkept. Overall the meat was mediocre at best. Did not see management until the very end after we had waited 10 minutes for our card to be run so we could leave. No check in from management- no apology. Honestly have never had such a poor experience in a restaurant ever. They did not deserve myself or anyone else’s business tonight and many would have left and gone elsewhere had it not been for the date and the fact that no other restaurant would have had open tables. The vibe from management seemed to show they knew that and is why they offered no consolation or consideration and no help to front of house staff for the experience of their customers who would be spending big bucks to dine with them tonight. We will never be back.

What a complete disappointment. I can't comment on the food because I never got in to eat. Reservation at 8:45. It's currently 10 pm and they're calling the 7:30 reservations. No communication from management at all. No one said a word to the 70+ people waiting. Wow

My wife and I drove over an hour to come to dinner here on Valentine’s Day and even had a reservation for 7:45pm. They told us it was an hour wait for even our reservation and after two hours we decided to leave cause we have work and another hour drive home. Thanks for ruining our first Valentines Day dinner as a married couple and how disrespectful to have reservations and over book the restaurant and not sit people.

Scheduled a reservation weeks in advance. Totally dropped the ball and ruined the evening for dozens of people, waiting in the cold and after nearly an hour after reservation time, ended up walking away. Will not reattempt at this location.
