My waiter Trevor was amazing . Atmosphere phenomenal, food is consistent and constantly impresses. As a chef from a local mountain resort I must say this is the place to be when off on a weekend or for a special occasion

This was an AMAZING experience! Everything was phenomenal! From the friendly and welcoming Maitre D, to the lovely server Trevor, to the absolutely delicious offerings by the chef, it was incredible. Excited to come back and highly recommend!

So disappointed with the quality of the food for the price. The only good thing I was able to eat the whole night was the Parmesan pork. ALL of the steaks that came by our table were either dry or had been undercooked mainly raw. As well as the pork belly & chicken. I had a much better experience at the location in San Antonio than this one. The waiter made us wait roughly 15 minutes before actually bringing anything to the table. Kinda awkward watching everyone eat while you’re waiting for a waiter to show up. Then when he brought the sides he was never to be seen. Thanks for the disappointing birthday dinner guys

Calton and the staff are great. Definitely recommend trying the tomahawk experience. We were the last costumer but never felt rushed out. They were very patient with us. Definitely will come back

The atmosphere, food, and service were all equally excellent. And wine recommendations by Holden were perfect.

first impression was sitting at the bar and being ignored until someone came out of the bathroom and greeted us. 3 people behind the bar two looked at us and didn't even acknowledge us. Not even be with you in a moment. Jocelyn the hostess was absolutely amazing and super friendly. Sorry if I spelt your name wrong. Very slow service. For a Brazilian steakhouse. To only have a tiny slivers of meat at a time and to barely see people carving meat. Had our green card out all night and still didn't event try all the meats my husband watch meat go by. The people next to us had to ask for someone to come by with food. Never saw pineapple. The salad bar is super small and not much variety. Wanted to like my first experience at a Brazilian steakhouse. Ordered dessert. got one of two. He said he was taking care of it. never saw the molten cake. had to ask the manager for the check. Don't waste your money.

Trevor was absolutely excellent! I had to wait a little past my reservation, but they made it better with food/drinks:) You guys truly made my 30th bday special!
