Very late on this review... Fogo for me has never dissapointed I think in part of the Manager Huan. He may been Addison NOW but that dudes hospitality is A1.

We love Fogo. But yesterday I called to confirm the details of my reservation for my mom’s birthday celebration and was very disappointed. I made my reservation last week, discussed everything on the phone and it was fine. I was expecting the phone call from the event manager (for private room) on Monday, but nobody called me back. I waited till Thursday and decided to call. First, I asked if I could bring my cake from the bakery which I was told was fine when I made my original reservation. But yesterday Laura told me “if we have a place for it in the fridge, we will put it in, but if no - no” … really? You’re a big famous restaurant and you can’t take care of one cake? I asked what I should do then? How can I be sure that my cake will be taken care of? Laura said that I can bring it to the party time with me… mmmm… thank you for this “obvious” decision, but it didn’t work for us. Another thing - I didn’t know if we need a private room or just a table in the main hall. I asked if they can sit our party of 12 people in the main hall. Laura said “it depends on how busy we will be, we can’t guarantee it”. Really? What am I doing my reservation for then? I cancelled my reservation. We are very disappointed. You could provide a better customer service than this
My boyfriend and I love this place but last night was very disappointing. From waiting long periods of times for meat to come to our table, having to ask for more water while other tables did not, getting rare meat when asked for medium, seeing the cheese guy more than I did meat. I feel like we paid over 100 dollars for continuously getting the cheese with honey than we did eating different meats. I also got asparagus from the food bar and when asking the waiter to throw them on the grill for me to heat them up since they were cold he insisted on being able to microwave them for me. I never had an issue before with getting my asparagus fresh on the grill since they are cold. Very disappointed.
Great service, the food was 10 stars the drinks we're giving! Definitely a great Happy Hour spot.
Kendra & Deonte were great servers in accommodating our large private party of 54!
Our waiter Azulez was amazing and really made the experience here wonderful.
