Server was pleasant and attentive. The food is always good. I miss the big chicken sausage links they use to have. Now they only have patties.
1st let me say I love flying biscuit but this location it’s always something when I come here- I asked for warm syrup, the waiter said they didn’t have that. My food was not hot but I didn’t complain. It wasn’t until She brought me back a sweet tea refill and said that was the last of the sweat tea. I visited on Sunday (Super Bowl Sunday) around 1ish and they close @3p. I didn’t understand why the location also didn’t have mimosas. My favorite location is Sandy Springs.
I really enjoyed my experience here. My mom, sister, and I,came for brunch,a few weeks ago. The host was very knowledgeable about the menu,as well as charismatic. The menu offers much variety, and budget to match! Will be back with hubby❤️Oh,and kids eat free(12 down) with every adult meal! Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free!12 years and down.
Disappointed by the slow service and food. Seemed understaffed. Grits were so peppery they weren’t editable. Chai latte came out flavorful but barely warm. Asked for a reheat. 10 minutes later was brought a fresh made equally barely warm latte. Waited for coffee refills. Food slow to come out. Apologies from the server but a disappointment overall.
This place doesn’t know how to run business. The manager Juan ( I think) hung up on me. I placed an order for pick up, once I got home I discovered my entire order was wrong. I called to speak to the manager and he offered to remake the order. I told him that I would like a refund instead and after confirming he rudely hung up on me.
Perfect across the board! Had the stuffed French Toast breakfast. OMG, on point!
