Flour Power

I will definitely come back and edit this review if I visit again and have a different experience. The baked goods purchased were enjoyed by my family and they had a decent selection for a smaller bakery. The atmosphere however was cold and the staff was not friendly at all. There were some preteen girls hanging out at the tables. The person helping me was more interested in making faces about every question I asked (over my shoulder with the girls) than helping me. It was a very weird experience. Not what I’m used to in present day diverse Pelham. Providing a safe space is cool but it should not become a mean girl experience towards customers. Thnx

I’ve ordered a couple of times through the mail due my location. The service and quality/taste of the items I’ve purchased have been awesome. I have and would 100% recommend them if you are looking for good sweets. Even though I ordered online I put 5 stars for atmosphere because of their website and online presence in their socials. The place seems really nice and inviting, hoping to visit the shop someday if I’m in the area. Dietary restrictions: One of the people I bought for has a gluten allergy and they have items here to accommodate that.

We heard such wonderful things about Flour Power so we thought we had to try their cake for my son’s first birthday - they did such a great job and the cake itself was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

Overall I like their desserts. However would recommend they improve like their quality control on their desserts. I’ve bought several cakes and cupcakes here. I would say 15% of the time something is stale. Employees don’t know when the item was made when I asked. I know they don’t make the cakes everyday so I would avoid buying if it’s not made that day.

They did my baby shower cake and dessert table! They were super responsive throughout the whole process and super attentive to details. Everything I’ve bought from them is amazing - cookies , cupcakes , pumpkin pie (honestly best I’ve had) biscuits etc ! Definitely consider me a forever customer ! Thank you Lauren & Miranda!

I love flour power! They’ve done custom cookies for a birthday party, which were beautiful and delicious, and we got a gorgeous custom flower pot cake for a baptism. Highly recommend! And the store itself has great vibes. I recently had a hazelnut latte, which was super tasty, and an eggnog scone which was absolutely outrageous. A favorite spot!

Everyone who works here is so nice and Miranda and Lauren really care about supporting their local community. I have been to the bakery and ordered online and have always been satisfied. I think about their rice krispies treats multiple times a year, they make beautiful cakes, and their shakes are next level too. I will always support Flour Power and the hard work they put into everything they do!!! ❤️

We absolutely love Flour Power. Their seasonal desserts are so yummy and their drinks are wonderful. For the past few years, I've ordered my kids' birthday cakes from here—we've had a Hello Kitty cake, a donut cake, a purple penguin cake...All of them have been fantastic and extremely cute! I love the sweet atmosphere inside—my kids love going and getting ice cream there.

We drive from Long Island to Flour Power every year for the last 4 years to buy our daughter’s birthday cakes from FP. They are always incredible and so delicious. We’ve gotten other cakes, cookies, and desserts from FP. Everything they make tastes excellent. The service is impeccable. As long as they’re open, we’re getting our cakes here. And only here.
