Great spot for grabbing a bite at the Seattle Airport. The menu has some decent options. We tried the black bean burger and the zucchini quesadillas. The plates have a decent portion, although I found the pricing a little on the higher side. It was not very crowded for a Friday evening which was great for us.

What other restaurant gets a 4+ star rating average at an airport? Floret is the only deserving place! Best coffee in SeaTac and pretty great brunch. Prices are acceptable for the quality compared to the typically airport overpriced fast food

Yam fries was delicious, loved Mac and cheese. It wasn’t crowded on a Saturday noon. Vegetarian options: All their dishes are vegetarian has an option to add egg.

A good place to have a coffee and pastries when waiting your next flight. Good selection of goods and good coffee.

The sweet and spicy tofu sandwich was incredible. Got a little messy but so worth it. Will visit again if I stop in SEA

Wow! Great to find good vegetarian food at the airport. Nice selection, excellent flavors. Most entrees can be made vegan or gluten free.
