Flirt with Dessert

I ordered a cupcake cake for a birthday while it was cute the cupcakes were extremely dense. No one in our group cared for them. I was so disappointed as we ended up throwing out most of them.

I hired Flirt with Dessert to do our wedding and grooms cake. The cake was exactly how I wanted and was SO beautiful! It also tasted amazing and I could not ask for anything better. We also added some bourbon macaroons to go with it and they were AMAZING. My guests still talk about how great the cake was and how it was so perfect on the wedding day. Ashley was awesome to work with and overall they are very reasonably priced. I wasn’t able to taste the grooms cake but I heard glowing reviews from the groomsmen and my husband. I would 100% recommend this company!

My mom’s birthday cake was absolutely gorgeous. Lemon with cherry filling and the filling had real cherries in it. It was too pretty to eat, we thought … it was delicious! Thank you so much for the effort that went into this! We loved it! Quality ingredients, very fresh and beautiful.

Had the buttercream chocolate chip cookie

Had a party for a friend and ordered a adult cake. The presentation of the cake was great! But once we cut into it, it was not completely baked, we contacted Ashley and asked for a refund, she stated they met our expectations with the look of the cake which was true, we had just planned on eating the cake which we were not able to do. The worst part of it all was she did not offer any accommodations, I had even offered to bring the cake back….Terrible experience, it ruined the whole party.

Ashley and Alexis helped me out with my order and they are very nice! I ordered the chocolate turtle flavor but wasn’t sure what to do with the filling part of it which Ashley helped me with that. They were really patient and called to clarify the order in advance too. I asked for a simple designed cake, nothing fancy and left it to them how they wanted to design the cake after telling them my brother liked playing COD and they did great!! My brother was happy with it too. The one thing that was kind of a downer was the cake was dry. The flavor was good, and overall a good experience though I might not get an eggless cake next time. As for my people who enjoy sweet cakes, this is for you and if you like semi sweet cakes, you should probably let them know ahead of time. I had a mixture of both at the party so it was a 50/50 on likes and dislikes.

I can’t say enough about Flirt with Dessert. I was in Savannah for the weekend to celebrate a family member and called last minute to see if there was any chance we could get a cake made for her within 24 hours. The lady who answered the phone was extremely nice and accommodating. She had us email in our design ideas and said it would be ready for pick up the next morning. Despite the time constraints, they exceeded my expectations and presented me with a cake that was way better than I could’ve envisioned it. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again when I visit!

The only place in Savannah that could make a 3 tier specialty cake filled with mousse for a catering at north beach bar and grill on tybee. The cake was super tasty and looked beautiful!! Highly recommend this place over any where else around!!

My family and I traveled from Maryland to Tybee Island for my mom’s surprise 50th birthday trip and ordered a birthday cake from Flirt with Dessert. The ordering process was easy and Ashley talked me through the options until I decided on flavors/design. She was even able to order a cake topper for us from Amazon! The cake was PERFECT, just like the design I asked for, and it was delicious! We got a key lime cake with strawberry filling and buttercream icing, topped with chocolate covered strawberries. The chocolate covered strawberries were huge and also amazing. I am a baker myself so I am picky, but the cake exceeded my expectations and pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend flirt with Dessert!
