Flip Side Easton

Food was decent, shakes were good. Our one issue was sometime in our party ordered a burger medium and it came out rare. The staff quickly took care of it without issue.

Extremely disappointed. The positive first, the atmosphere is great. Cool decor and music. On to the negatives: Service was very poor. Our server was friendly but we felt constantly rushed, she never asked us if we wanted a second round of beers, and only returned to the table once after our food arrived, they were not busy. Food was overpriced and underwhelming. Fries were soggy and cold. Burgers were ok. The meat itself was of good quality but lacked flavor. I ordered a burger with Brie and it had two very small and thin slices. Everything was kind of cold and “old” feeling. I was wondering if our server forgot about our food because larger groups were sat after us and received their food before us. Two burgers, two beers, and a kids Mac and Cheese meal should not have cost $80. Edit - Sent email, no response…

FlipSide has never let us down. Every time we go in, the food is on point and the service is impeccable and friendly. Michael is awesome and of course, we'll be back and with friends!

I love mushroom Swiss burgers, but I don't eat meat. I thought Impossible burgers were the same anywhere, but these guys smash down the edges and get them crispy. And they put enough mushrooms on it! They were accommodating about swapping out the burger for the Impossible burger. My only complaint is the location. Easton is terrible for parking anywhere near a restaurant, and the traffic is maddening. Please add a location in Westerville or Gahanna or New Albany! Vegetarian options: If you like Impossible burgers, you'll LOVE theirs! (But don't get anything that's deep fried--who uses lard?? They do.)

Parking: Needs larger parking lot. Kid-friendliness: Ample children portions Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access.

Food and drink were absolutely great. Service was slow. I believe they were short staffed, maybe. The atmosphere was still nice to be in. Vegetarian options: For vegetarians, they do have an impossible burger on the menu that's superb. Salad, fries, and sweet potato fries were nice as well. Beverages and shakes are great too. Parking: Parking is available everywhere. It's just finding it due to shared parking for various businesses there at Easton. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly food and environment.

These burgers are amazing. I can’t wait to go back.
