What a wonderful date night experience! Food was delicious, served promptly, wine pairings were excellent! Would love to come back for another date, a girls night, or just an after work dinner!

Remarkable. Everytime I've been here has impressed me. From the Dates w/ Bacon app to the incredibly tasty soups to the sandwiches...it's all been perfectly designed to complement the overall flavor & experience. Thanks to all involved.

I couldn’t respond to the owner’s response to my original review.I appreciate your swift response in this matter. However, I believe you are missing my point. I was not aware the other guests were not going to make it or else I would’ve gladly called the restaurant to update the reservation accordingly. Upon you coming to the table to tell me what to do in the future, you could’ve asked if I was aware ahead of time the guests weren’t going to make it. I was not. You did not ask me and assumed I knew. The entire exchange was very tacky and done in very poor taste.Original post: A few friends and I ate at this restaurant last night. The evening was going great until the owner came over to the table and asked who made the reservation. I responded I did. She then told me if I made another reservation in the future to make sure and call if the number of people coming changes, as there were several reservations at that same time. I can most certainly understand why the restaurant would need that information for planning purposes; however, this was not a circumstance of which I was aware the individuals were not attending. Therefore, I could not give the restaurant a heads up. Also, if there was an issue with space, I am not sure why (after some time had passed) the owner didn’t approach me and ask if they could use the additional smaller table to accommodate other guests. I would’ve graciously said yes assuming my very late guests were not going to be able to make it. However, I would’ve been shocked because the restaurant seemed to be filled to 1/4 its capacity. Maybe this was due to Covid but I didn’t see any instances of social distancing considering there were tables with separate parties sitting side-by-side. Nevertheless, instead of the owner asking me to use the additional smaller table or asking me if I knew ahead of time if my guests were not going to show up, she assumed I knew and did not notify the restaurant. I was truly disappointed and it put a damper on the evening as all of the guests in my party were shocked and disappointed in the owner’s abrupt (we were in the middle of a serious conversation) baseless accusation. Again, I can empathize with the restaurant wanting to know ahead of time if the party size for a reservation changes so they can plan accordingly. I actually reached out to the restaurant the week prior to confirm the party size because I was told all of the guests would be in attendance. Had the owner taken the time to actually ask that, I’m sure the interaction would’ve been more positive.

We had a wonderful experience at Flight Plan this evening. My wife, I, and my son who's 8 years old went in for an impromptu dinner. We were seated immediately by the owner and greeted by a very friendly server. Our appetizer and entree were delicious. I had the special, which was a steak cooked medium and paired with pan-seared potatoes and onions. The steak was perfectly cooked at medium and seasoned just right. All food came in a timely manner, which is of course great when you have children with you. We will definitely be back, thank you.

Highly recommend. The wine flights are well planned out and fun even for the inexperienced wine drinker. We had some of the tapas as well and everything was delicious. A gem in Huntsville.
