Fletcher's BBQ Shop & Steakhouse

I absolutely love their rueben! Sandwiches here are 10/10. The spicy chicken and the rueben are hands down the best. Amazing drinks as well!

EDIT:Originally rated a 2 star just due to pricing but been back since. Sandwiches needed to be ordered my 1st time. Hot Chicken, Rueben and Pulled Pork are just utterly fantastic. BBQ sauce grew on me. Cocktail menu was Supreme. Unreal this place isn't over 4 stars after trying more of the menu. Hopefully new rating bumps it ------------- 1st I want to say nothing tasted bad We ordered Brisket & Pulled Pork w/ anything that had the word famous or highlighted on the menu. Meat was beautifully cooked but it was just lacking that "wow factor" and tasted very mid The Horseradish coleslaw was fantastic The majority of the 2 star rating comes from pricing. For paying nearly $100 for a platter & apps with no drinks is just asinine. For the price of things I wanted to be blown away. If things were $20-30 cheaper I would happily give the place 4 stars.

We found two open bar stools. There are maybe 10 total. Two bartenders were working. It took 15 minutes to get a drink. After the meal it took 10 minutes to get a bartender to recognize we were done and grab some boxes and settle up. The atmosphere is nice. The food was alright. Will give it another shot at some point, but if the services remains wholly inattentive the next time will likely be the last.

Went here for dinner with my wife last night. Very nice and model atmosphere. Our server/bartender was very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend the Fletcher's Tea for a cocktail. We shared the pulled pork, brisket, and 1/2 rack of ribs along with some fries, corn bread, and Mac and cheese. Food was superb and quick, it was on our table 5min after ordering. If you're in the area or looking to try a new place highly recommend!

Eaten at Fletchers 3 times and gotten takeout from them once. The menu options are fantastic; you can't go wrong with a basic BBQ platter, the pulled pork and brisket are probably amongst the best I've ever had. But try other things while you're there. The goat cheese and berry salad is light and fresh. The Brussels sprouts are delicious. The mac and cheese and corn bread are those classic comfort food sides you want with your BBQ. But you guys- today i tried the smoked brisket steak and cheese sub, and it might just be one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. It pained me to share a bite with my wife. I highly recommend it. Their drink list is very good, with a great bourbon, beer, and craft cocktail selection. Atmosphere and restaurant facility is clean and well done. But the staff is what really stands out. When we walked in we were greeted by everyone working within eye shot of the door. Jasmine was an outstanding server; made some good suggestions, checked in at all the right times, had a friendly personality and a warm smile. The owner Dan came out of the kitchen to introduce himself and see how we were enjoying our food. He even took the time to get to know us and answer my questions on BBQ smokers. I'm sure Fletchers fills up for dinner in busy nights, so you may want to make a reservation. But when we've gone in for lunches we've never had a problem getting a table. Next time you're near Longmeadow, definitely go to Fletchers. You won't regret it and you'll leave satisfied.

Pork belly bao was incredible. The brisket was below average in flavor and about average in tenderness. Fries were overcooked and not edible. Not worth the money.

Hands down my favorite restaurant in town . I have been to Fletchers many times and loved it, but went to brunch for their first time serving brunch and it was yet again, superb! I had the pastrami hash and my boyfriend had the eggs benedict, both came out in a timely manner and tasted so flavorful and was a lovely combination of barbecue and breakfast. I hope they continue brunch!
