Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

I went on 04/15/2024 at around 5:30pm and there were only a few people inside so there was no wait time to be seated even though I had a reservation. The service was great, smooth, and efficient. I felt that the servers were very attentive more than normal at other regular restaurants and very friendly. The food was incredible! Definitely worth the price. We got 2 main filet mignons, 1 with Diablo shrimp that came with sauce around the steak. The other one was with a lobster tail that came with a butter warmer and a lemon. For future reference, it's best to order the steaks as medium rare then medium because it is much more flavorful and tender with medium rare filet mignons. I am not big on seafood but gave it a shot, the shrimp didn't taste fishy but was super moist, very soft, and highly flavorful. The sauce that comes with it was sooooo good. I ordered the potatoes and they were crispy on the outside but creamy on the inside in the middle layer. The potatoe are worth every single bite. I also ordered for dessert the chocolate lava cake. Everything was tasty and presentable except for the dessert. I believe it needs to be plated better with more thought because it looks smeared onto the plate with the chocolate than placed there with thought, the cracker in between the icecream balls with the chocolate smear behind it didn't look appetizing at all and tasted ok, not worth the price but definitely the entrees and potatoes were worth every last bite.

Flemings prime steak house is always fantastic We had a 7 pm reservation and were seated early Our waitress T was very friendly, professional and answered all questions we had regarding the menu options New York steak was amazing melt in your mouth! The calamari was some of the best I have ever had Flemings potatoes were also a hit! The bar makes great drinks, I recommend the whiskey sour My family will definitely be making it back to Flemings soon. Again, great atmosphere, professional staff and amazing food. Parking: Valet parking is 25$. VERY WORTH IT especially if there’s a padres game.

Came here on Tomahawk Tuesday for our wedding anniversary. Cesar and wedge salads were both so good. The steak came out perfectly done as we asked and the desserts and cocktails were great as well. Shout out to our server, Mike, who made it a nice experience for us. I just wish the only location wasn't in downtown. Circled 4 times for parking only to pay $25 to valet.

Our party of 4 came here for Tomahawk Tuesday and we were stuffed! The deal is pretty good: $150 for 2 people and it includes 2 salads, 2 sides, 2 desserts, and either the 35oz Tomahawk OR the Sliced Porterhouse (6oz Filet Mignon + 28oz bone-in New York Strip). They also offered a complimentary basket of warm and soft bread with 2 kinds of spread. Our table ordered: -Salads: Wedge Salad (my favorite), Caesar salad, Fleming’s Salad -35oz Tomahawk: comes pre-cut. This was so tasty, cooked to perfection, and was actually pretty filling between the 2 of us! -Sides: Brussel Sprouts (perfectly crispy), Fleming’s Potatoes (cheesy and good), Sauteed Mushrooms, Chipotle Cheddar Mac and Cheese (creamy and delicious) -Desserts: Carrot Cake, Chocolate Lava Cake, Creme Brûlée— everything tasted great but by the time dessert came, we were pretty stuffed. -A bottle of Cosentino Zinfandel ($60): perfect taste with our meal Service: Mark was our server and he was attentive, efficient, helpful, and personable! Food didn’t take as long, considering our table ordered 2 Tomahawks. Parking: It’s in downtown so be prepared to walk a few blocks to find street parking. We ended up parking at a paid lot for $10 a couple of blocks down. They also offer valet. Overall: Fantastic experience and deal with the Tomahawk Tuesday! Excellent service and great food. We were not disappointed and I’d come back again for this deal!

Fleming's was overall great the service was above and beyond the food was well prepared and cooked.

I ordered takeout. two burgers rare and crab cakes. Excellent and high quality on all ingredients, good flavor and meat cooked as I requested. Delivery time excellent. What a dissapointment, all dishes were over salted. We managed to eat burgers though salty, but the Crab cakes were so oversalted we could not get past a bite.

Amazing food! Server, David, was also fantastic. He was helpful and provided excellent suggestions. It’s so great to be served by staff who clearly enjoy their work. I enjoyed meeting him. The food was prepared superbly.
