3rd time at this location and riddled with problems once again. I don't even know where to start. First visit ordered a $200 Tomahawk steak. Ordered medium rare, came out so well done it was like some beef jerky. Instead of offering to remake it they gave me some complimentary drinks, which mind you I was drinking beer so not even a close compensation. Second visit, ordered their new seafood platter, which I was told comes with two lobster tails, I receive it and it comes with one cut in half, how ridiculous is that, But that visit the steak was actually good for once. This leads me to my most recent visit. 2/16/24 I ordered oysters which on the menu say "flown in daily" the server tells me they are out since valentines day. How is that possible if they are flown in daily. Next I ordered my steak, the bone-in Filet Mignon. 14 mins later I'm told my steak was also out of stock. So I order the dry aged rib-eye, medium rare. Comes out charred on top and bottom, cut it open and to my surprise still raw in the center. How can a steak place mess up cooking a steak correctly, completely ridiculous. So instead of offering me a new steak they reheat that piece of garbage and bring it back, which now it's more charred and not even rare anymore. One of the worst steaks I've ever had. Offered me a free side which they didn't even make that right. THIS IS THE WORST FLEMINGS EVER. I've spent almost $1k at this location and I would of just been better off throwing it in the trash. Go anywhere else, anywhere. Save your hard earned money for a actual family owned steakhouse not this overpriced cashgrab. 0/100
Your Valentine special was great. Food was amazing and service was great. Jasmine was a 5-Star waitress with great food and wine knowledge.

Despite a little wait, we decided to seat outside for faster seating. Food was delicious, service was outstanding. Price is a bit high but you know that coming in. Ambiance is good but more on the mature, bit boring in my opinion. Despite the high class restaurant, they seem to lack the attention to restrooms. Parking: Parking lot in the back. Must park on 7th level and it’s a paid parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible through the bank entrance so nothing directly to the restaurant
Melina and staff… thank you so much for a great experience as a first timer at Flemings. 100% will recommend this place to everyone because of the service you all provided to our family. Good food, but even better customer service. 10/10
High-priced, but not over the top. Decent sized portions, but again not over the top. And I would say the quality of everything we ordered was superb. The large dining room was quite crowded on a Tuesday night. Which speaks well for this establishment. My one beef (no pun intended) was the fact that the parking machine did not accept my validation and I had to pay extra $15 for parking. The girls inside were no help, told me to push the help button which I did but nobody answered. This was annoying since cars were behind me and I just paid Otherwise everything was fine As an addendum. Restaurant management asked me to contact them. Don't know what good that would be. They can't change what happened and I'm not petty enough to want a reimbursement.
