Flat Iron

Not my first and surely not my last time at this chain, I absolutely love the cuts of meat they offer (flat iron so far is the best for me personally) as well as the sides. I love the complementary popcorn as well as the ice cream treat they give you at the end of your meal. Service is spot on and a great meal experience is always guaranteed!

It was good experience to go there

La viande (wagyu) était délicieuse ! Les macaronis à la truffe aussi, j’ai été un peu déçue des frites à la graisse de viande. Le service était incroyable, les serveurs à l’écoute. Petite mention spéciale pour notre serveuse qui était très gentille et parlait français. Le petit plus : la glace offerte à la fin, une merveille.

This restaurant is too small compared to its other shops, the seating layout was terribly arrange I strongly advise groups above 2 people to not come in busy hours. Too few seatings mostly two seated table took me (3 people) 80 minutes to get a table while see people who are in pairs get in quicker than us multiple times. The chairs were just round stools nothing to lean on after the long wait. Table i seated at had no seasoning no salt or black pepper had to ask the waitress ,she was very nice. However the server who let us in was a bit rude towards us.

Good and tasty steak! Whenever we are in London will always come back for Flat Iron! Also they give small little token which u can exchange for ice cream or keep it!
