Loved it!! Also recommended to my family and they loved it as well. Delicious food, fun atmosphere and affordable.

Food was great, service was delicate but super efficient and the place felt like a well oiled machine. Our steaks came in like 10 minutes too which is great for pre-show dinners

It is not unusual to have to wait to be seated. This is due to the justified popularity of the restaurant. We chose to be seated outside, which removes the wait for a table. Even though it was early evening, we were not cold. The outdoor heating is efficient. The simple menu is fair priced and the meal was perfect. The staff are all happy and helpful. They openly express their happiness working for the company. They are well treated and therefore enjoy their jobs. This reflects in the service and dining experience. Following the main course; each customer is handed a token which can be redeemed on the spot or at a later date for a free salted caramel ice cream. This company clearly understands and practices the concept of 'keep it simple' and applies it with pleasing results.

Nice service.the food good but small portion !!

It was my first time at flat iron and my first time eating steak even though we had a long wait but people were so polite and welcoming we were served my fredrecco he was fantastic and very nice he explained everything in the menu and gave best recommendations and we loved the steak it was delicious we had a good time will defrost visit again will recommend to my friends and family and fredrecco deserve hike he was very nice ☺️ Thank you for your service
