Went on a Saturday morning around 10:45. It was busy with a couple of people ahead of us. Hostess was great and we were seated in about 8 min. Waitress came up right away (Marie). She was fantastic. I had the smothered biscuit and wife had a very large omelette. Everything was very good. Overall I am glad we stopped in for the first time. Please give them a try if you’re in the area. Thank you Flapjacks for a great experience.
Flapjacks is a favorite breakfast among locals. I've twice put them to the test and passed. One of the hardest to find are breakfast restaurants capable of a Mid Well Poached Egg. Creamy in the center with a bit of run. Flapjack also uses fresh potatoes for their home fries. Service a bit slow without a hostess, so grab a seat in this cute "diner".
Excellent everything! Servers were quick and efficient. The bus boy, Jacob, was on top of cleaning tables, picking up paper, etc on the tables, watching over the tables and made eye contact. Nice young man. The manager checked in on us too. Waitress was so pleasant too. We look forward to our breakfasts here whenever we visit from Maine!
Typical timer but very well organized, they are quick to get you your food which is very good. I've eaten there a few times. I've had the blueberry pancakes, the eggs, the potatoes, the bacon, and the coffee... All good.
Yummy sweet potato pancakes and fries, I love how the fries are battered ones! Also it was amazing how the place was totally packed but I got my to-go order within 10 minutes of ordering it. Thank you!
Me and my sister come here for our favorite waitress. The food is always good. Small spot but cute little breakfast diner. Today they were pretty busy. Yet Danielle always makes sure to keep our coffee hot and attention on her tables. She is very personable with all the people who come in. This is why we love her and follow her at the locations she works. The only issue we had was watching the one girl play with her hair and braids right at the cashier counter. As well, she was on her phone while other employees were running around busy working . Funny thing is I saw a sign that said NO CELL PHONES, taped to their wall for employees. (Only saw that waiting for the 1 restroom for women). I could also hear her talking about another employee. Nothing that wouldn't make us not return but to others I'm sure her playing with her hair while working with food may be their last visit. We will return. Today we had the Chipped beef (which is so yummy) and my sister had the 222 meal she always gets. Good service and such great regulars to chat with. Vegetarian options: Have some omelets
