March 12 7pm we were served a prime rib that they cooked both sides on a grill and had the audacity to serve it twice like that. Prime rib is a ROAST and should never be cooked well done. If they had no more prepared for the day they should have said something. Didn’t get charged for the prime rib and service was otherwise good but unacceptable for both cook and manager to not know how a prime rib should be prepared and served when there is literally a picture on the menu of it.
To be fair, I went to the Sunrise location, and it was during peek hours, I also didn't make a reservation...not sure if that's even possible, though. When entering the place, there were already people waiting outside, but we were greeted and asked to provide my name and number and was told it would be 30 minutes. That was pretty accurate, or at least it felt like it. Once we got to the table, however, it got progressively better from there. I'm not the kind of person that travels with cutlery or fork and knife, but I wish I did for this place. Yeah, most of the meals are "eat with your hands," but coleslaw, for example, is not easy without them. Their options were a super thin metal fork that isn't easy to operate when your motor skills are not tip top. But like I said... it got better from there and even had food for the next day. Parking: This comment is just for the Sunrise location: It's first come, first served, so get there early or be lucky like I was!
