Flaky Not Flaky - Online Bake Shoppe and Chocolatarium

I first patronized FNF at one of the many fall festivals that dot the Atlanta landscape. I purchased a couple of "Sconuts" as they looked divine. While walking away with my purchase, I took a bite and was so immediately impressed with the quality that I turned around and went back and bought a couple more as I KNEW that I would regret not trying more of their flavors. Their products are simply divine and of the highest quality. And the service and engagement is equally amazing.

We've only experienced them as a pop up or a booth at Peachtree Farmers Market or Christmas Market. So far we've tried several of the sconuts (scone and donut combined) , the ganache tarts, and their lebkuchen (German gingerbread). Let me tell you, every bite is delectable. Around Thanksgiving they had a pumpkin sconut. I was skeptical because I prefer sweet potato, but one bite changed my mind. Other flavor sconuts I can speak for: * maple buttermilk: tastes like a hearty breakfast * vanilla chocolate swirl: flavors perfectly balanced * chocolate espresso: the coffee turns the chocolate extra rich and decadent. They're also a chocolatier. They make these lovely crisp shell bonbons with salted caramel inside that are so rich and melt in your mouth. We sent the lebkuchen to family for Christmas and they loved it. They have a Facebook page and are super friendly.

We are not sure if the truffles and other sweets we got were the best part or if it was the service. My wife has synthetic dye and gluten allergies and the person working went through each product and told us what they all tasted like and which ones she could eat. They were so friendly and informative it was great. We bough one of almost everything and they were so delicious.

What wonderful chocolates and service. I bought a couple items as a gift for a retiring colleague. She could not be happier. Unfortunately she didn't share lol. Thanks Flaky Not Flaky!

Add me to the list of Very Satisfied Customers! I ordered last minute when other plans fell through and Flaky Not Flaky did not flake out -- they saved the day and they made it look easy. They got me the cake I wanted (the upside down berry), even customized it (with a beautiful chocolate drizzle), delivered it wrapped with a note exactly on time, and let me know when it arrived. I am so lucky we found Flaky Not Flaky for a last minute corporate gift. They responded immediately and were so accomdating-- even dropping the gifts at our hotel first thing in the morning! The chocolates were delicious and truly stunning. Our conference guest were all so grateful to get them!

Made a last minute request to Flaky Not Flaky for some chocolates to be delivered to my wife while traveling in Atlanta. They responded with the most beautiful chocolates we had ever seen! They were also the best tasting chocolates we have ever had! Add to that their kindness and support to deliver to her hotel! Highly recommend!!

Sconuts! I am now addicted. Beautiful presentation and deliciously wonderful, seasonal varieties. These moist pastries are a perfect combination of scones and donuts. Flaky Not Flaky has my business from now on.
