Amazing experience! Unbelievable views with an amazingly thoughtful and creative menu.
THE restaurant in Boulder to celebrate anniversaries or any special occassion. Not only is the view a show-stopper, but the service and food is beyond exceptional. Our server (adorable blonde I wish I could remember her name she served us Feb 2023!) was the perfect blend of personable, helpful, friendly, funny, and appropriately invisible. Recommended an incredible vodka for my dirty martini. Since I'm vegan she was well-versed with the menu and food options to create a memorable experience without feeling odd for asking to focus on plants. The chef worked their kitchen magic because everything was beautifully plated with flavor explosions even with "just" plants. The deconstructed curry dish was mindful blowing and the Truffle "scallops" made with mushrooms was one of the best plant-creative dishes I've ever had. I only wish I had an extra stomach to enjoy all the desserts (we had 3) including the petit fours, macaroons, and truffles. Everything from start to finish was 10-star. It was one of our favorite meals and experiences to date and it's no wonder they are in the Forbes Travel Guide Four Star and AAA Four Diamond Restaurants. Dietary restrictions: dairy free, vegan
Fabulous dining experience here. Delicious food. We will definitely be back
An hour and a half after returning to our hotel room at the Omni Interlocken. I developed a severe case of food poisoning. My wife had to call 911 for help. After spending the night at the hospital to be rehydrated and receiving medication. The rest of my vacation was spent recovering in my hotel room. Left a message for the general manager but have yet to here back. The manager called back 2 days later. Tried to explain away his responsibility and stood by his kitchen staff. Claimed that I knew nothing about food poisoning and that it takes up to 72 hours to develop. According to my doctor, "which the manager isn't." That is only in the case of mild infection. On top of the $780 bill from this establishment. My medical expenses came to $25,000 for my evening at Flagstaff House. WARNING ⚠️ DINE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Incredible dining experience. I went here recently and celebrated my 3rd year anniversary with my girlfriend. I’m not usually into fine dining but I will say, these people know exactly what they’re doing at Flagstaff House to impress you. The finer details of everything they included into the experience was above and beyond. The way they incorporated our anniversary into the experience was fantastic.. a level of detail that was creative and artistic beyond my expectations. Not only the food, but the service was on a level I’ve never experienced. The staff is comprised of true talent and professionals.
The Flagstaff house team never disappoints. My favorite place for a nice dinner with my husband.
Went to Flagstaff House for a friend's 40th birthday...and to say we were impressed is an understatement. I had the four course menu, which included many options, but i chose the Main Lobster Soup, Mushroom and Gost Cheese Ravioli, Colorado Lamb Rack & Braised Shank, and Spiced Carrot Cake. (Photos include things other guests ordered as well). There were palate cleansers between each course which were actually very tasty! The customer service was impeccable. The food was ridiculously delicious, and I definitely recommend!
