Food wise, this place is just ok. If you'd like to Try it, I'd say go with a pita instead of a bowl, to save some money. Bowls are shallow, lamb /beef is the same exact processed shavings that you get at a halal cart. It's really not much different from the cart food , quality wise. This place just has a few more side options like pickled veggies and sauces, but portions are smaller. Is it worth the $13 for a bowl.. no. Service: great service. Friendly staff, generous.
It was hard to finish the labne, but everything was tasty.
If only all fast casual places were all like this. The folks are unfailingly nice, the food good, and you can eat healthily.
Easily one of the best food deals in NYC. 11 dollars for a large bowl with unlimited toppings and four huge falafel that were some of the best falafel i’ve had in the area. Couscous was a little dry but still flavorful and the sauces were fantastic and arguably the best part. Perfect hummus as well.
Terrible experience spending money
Falafel was tastless because the batter was ground to a paste instead of small sticky crumbs. Also it was under seasoned and tasted heavily of baking soda.
Chicken Tawook really moist and delicious, with fries and veggies.
Great place The food is amazing, the service always polite and nice. The place is always clean
The falafels taste amazing. Falafel wrap was very delicious and reasonably priced. There is ample seating and the place looks really nice.
