Great food! My son says it’s “Vibin” Just disappointed some things we wanted on the menu wasn’t available
Really sad to be writing this because this place used to be my favorite bar in Davis square. I had probably been there 20 times previously. This time was so different. They took my ID. A second form of id. And my credit card. Left for 20 minutes and came back saying they “didn’t think it was real”. I am a 24 year old female and just because I have an out of state id that they are not trained on assessing, I was turned away from a place that I have been served at before.
Sad excuse for a chicken sandwich. A $1 menu McChicken is better.
Came here for brunch on Easter Sunday - luckily we'd made a reservation that morning, because it was pretty packed. Clearly, everybody loves tater tots, but here's a question: What's better than tots? Answer: Brunchy tots! Ok, great, but what's better than Brunchy Tots, you ask? Final Answer: Brunchy Tots covered with bacon and eggs! Jeezalu, Marie, I need to loosen my belt a notch or two!
5 Horses has it all: ~100 different beers, including 2 on nitro, great food, a fireplace and good dining section, as well as a nice sports bar area. It's like walking into a perfect winter lodge (minus the mounted bear on the wall) -- it's dark, beer-filled, with excellent food. You absolutely must eat the Corn Bread app.
I have to give Grace props on handling the seven of us for dinner. She was very attentive and personable. The place on this night was quite crowed but we were seated immediately. The meal was delivered as ordered. If you are interested in having a conversation you may want to visit on an off night.
Very good food, some uncommon offerings on tap, and struck up a friendly conversation at the bar while I was there.
