I've always liked Five Guys and was happy when they opened a location in Quincy. Their shakes and fries are some of the best that I've had and the burgers are on the higher end of fast-food. Unfortunately the price is restrictive and makes this a "special treat" type of experience instead of someplace you can go to on a regular basis. Still, the cost is higher than the food quality or portions justify and it's a very small space where you don't want to stay to eat-in. Parking: Street parking only and it's on a main street so most people have to double-park to run in and pick up their order. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp leading up to the door but it is a little steep and the room at the top makes is a little hard to open the door.
Waited 30 minutes just for shake. Had people who came in after me get theirs before me. Horrible customer service.
I think this location is more expensive than other Five Guys, but I'm not sure. The Bacon Cheese Dog tasted good but it cost $10 and wasn't very filling and I've been noxious for hours now. The woman taking my order checked her phone in the middle of our brief encounter. It seriously wasn't that bad of an experience but my stomach seriously hurts. Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sandwich, which is basically a burger without a burger.
Really disappointed ☹️ I love five guys. Usually I leave feeling very full, but not this time. I’ve visited this location before and swore the burgers were bigger and the fries also were a lot more in quantity. Other locations haven’t given me this experience. The burger was the size of a McDonald’s burger. That’s sad considering it cost $12 for a burger. I also had an upset stomach for the rest of the night. I’ll never come here again! I spent almost $50 on 2 burgers, 1 lg fry 2 drinks and a shake, only to leave still hungry.
Waited five minutes before I could even order, despite no line. Forgot my milk shake. French fries tasted weird. Put none of the toppings I ordered. I caution people about eating here
