Five Guys

Good burger and good fries. A little on the pricey side for me but they do give you alot of fries. Restaurant was very clean and comfortable. First time trying a five guys burger. Was pretty good but I have had better. If I didn't have another choice I would have again. Definitely will not go out of my way to get one. That being said it was not a bad experience, just not that impressed. Try for yourself, you might like the meal.

Have always liked Five Guys, especially when we want fries. They always dump a lot more fries in the bag. This time there was way too much salt on the fries, though. Also, like most places, the prices have increased significantly.

Horrible experience I went In asked for double cheese burger and drink they charger for two double cheese burgers I went up to the counter and said I only ordered one the Manger looked annoyed didn't say anything and gave me a refund after having to also state I didn't even get a second one in the bag never going here again

I haven’t had five guys in many years. Quality has definitely gone down hill. Patty texture was like a boiled burger instead of grilled?? No crisp. Wasn’t even hot enough to melt the cheese.

On this day Friday, September 29th, 2023 My friends and I walked into five guys on our weekly downtown trip. We previously got take out from MOD / Noodles and Co. as we are taking a seat we are viciously yelled at by a 5’11 buzzed hair male in his late twenties. At the top of his lungs he yelled “NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS” multiple times. The whole restaurant went silent as his voice sent shockwaves throughout the building. We had no other choice but leave the premises. This man showed absolutely no hospitality. Normally I would rate this restaurant a 5 out of 5 but after this experience my opinion has changed. Enough is enough.

Went here the other day with my friend and couldn't believe it. The manager Martin was being so rude to the employees for no reason. He definitely gave off a creepy vibe as well, i wouldnt want him as my manager or id be gone in an instant.
