Drink machine broken...or out of pickles nevet fails. Horrible customer service

Took my order very fast just to get me out of the way in return my order was screwed up call the store phone I got the run around for about 20 mins after telling them I didn’t eat the burger I still had receipt and was willing to return still did not want to help me I would really like to take this up with Coporate

When I want a great burger this is where I go

It took a very long time to recieve our order, and the fries were burnt

All around bad experience. The burgers were burnt and had been mashed down so bad that all the juices squished out of them. That will make a burger extra well done every time. Soda was flat and waited 22 min for my order. 5 Mexicans cooking everything. Mexicans are the worst cooks ever, most Mexican food is well done and cooked to death. It's the only way they know how.Thats whats wrong with the service industry today. If no one complains then they think there doing something rite but most people don't complain. Starts with the owner and then the manager. Can't fire the owner. Start complaining, better yet boycott any 5 guys restaurants with Mexican cooks. $17.00 for a burger and fries

Store was dirty. And no one in this can speak English. Messed our order up and where the fries? Who goes to 5 guys and does not get fries? We'll to there credit the food was good. But geeze the people working barley spoke any English. This 5 guys for me will be a no go in the future.

Everything is good also the services its just that the guys on the counter was using gloves while he was taking orders but he keeps goes back to the kitchen touching the bunestry to help the tea wearing the same gloves which he was counting the bills.

Always a vibe, love this place

We ordered hamburger and fries and a shake. The fries were not as good as tgey normally are, they had a weird taste and the banana shake was like banana milk. Had them take it off of our bill.
