This is one of the most repeated places in our household especially for the Cajun fries but we had a repeat of wrong order deliveries with both Uber Eats and Grubhub and we pick it up personally to avoid it these days

Incompetent employees

I have to believe not all locations are run this way to make it even a remotely successful franchise. Kid-friendliness: It is not kid friendly whatsoever.

This is what $25 gets you. I prdered a little bacon burger with extra bacon on the side and the bacon was burnt and disgusting. When you ask for bacon that is edible and not absolutely burnt the manager comes over to tell you that all the bacon will come out like that because they make it "crispy" and the can only fry bacon in the morning. Something tells me not all locations are run this way. Kid-friendliness: Not a kid friendly place at all. No food options for kids.

Lots of food! Good for feeding that craving for big greasy burgers, and loads of fries. It's expensive but gets the job done.

Way over priced for what you get

One of the patties on my burger was under cooked. The outside was done but the center of the patty was raw. There were new people at the location I normally go to and that should have been my queue to not order. I had to peel that patty off and throw it away. It will be a long time before I go back there.

I have been here numerous times in the last few months and the people are amazing. They're so patient while I stare at the menu and confuse myself while ordering haha Definitely enjoy this location, the people, and the atmosphere. The food is always fresh and delicious.
