First Watch

Amazing customer service, the chorizo was great, and overall was perfect. They gave us coffee and water very quickly while deciding what to order and everyone enjoyed their food, especially those fire roasted tomatoes. Yum! It was so good that, during our 3 day stay in Birmingham, we went twice.

5 stars for our server, Brea! She was such a ray of sunshine on this Sunday morning!

First time visiting this location, but not my first time eating at First Watch. Maybe today was just a bad day, but nonetheless it was a BAD DAY. Food was great, service awful! We ordered the Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl, the Avacado Toast and the Farmstand Breakfast Tacos. We waited almost 15 minutes for someone to visit our table once we were sat, another 10 minutes to receive water. Waited a long time for refills, and when the food was delivered 1 entree was missing. My boyfriend was almost done with his entrees before my entree arrived. I won't come back to this location anytime soon. Update: March 2024 We decided to return. Had the salmon frittata w/ mixed greens, the biscuit and turkey sausage gravy with scrambled eggs & cheese and potatoes, and of course the Avacado toast with a side of bacon. Service today was GREAT and the food as always was tasty!

We got there at 12 didn't get serviced till 1:20 food burnt and cold by the time we got our food made over they were closed and they bought it to the table in to go bags.so we didn't sit and eat we left at 3. So with that being said the manager took care of the bill for 6 people

Good food. They are really busy on Sundays and the wait for us was about 30 minutes at eleven. Other than that would love going again

The"Million Dollar Bacon" was outstanding.

Total disrespect by the hostess and host. Even after waiting 30 minutes to ask if we would ever be seated, they continued to seat more walk-ins ahead of us. We got up to leave at 45 minutes. They suddenly seated us. It’s a shame my grandchild had to experience this. That won’t happen again.

Visited this restaurant with friends and each of us enjoyed the atmosphere, service and food. We went on a Saturday to one of the other locations but had an 1 1/2 hour wait. We went to this location and had only a 35 minute wait. The food was cooked as requested and our waitress was very cool.

This place is consistently good. Iove their lemon ricotta pancakes with lemon curd. Their grits and pancakes are delicious.
