First Watch

WAS IN THE AREA ON A SUNDAY MORNING AND WANTED TO STOP BY TO GET BREAKFAST, there was one hour wait but the hostess was very friendly. We only ordered 2 coffees and they were very good

We love coming here! The servers have the best personalities and make the overall experience great every time. Not to mention, the food always comes out looking beautiful and tastes amazing.

Great food, great service, atmosphere was very pleasant!

Our waitress was great and the restaurant has a modern and artsy vibe. Everything on the menu looked delicious, but our experience with the food wasn’t actually that great. My husband’s eggs were cold and the skillet hash I had ordered wasn’t made with goat cheese as described on the menu. We only ordered two dishes so having an issue with both didn’t leave us with a great impression. Having a great staff and a pretty interior can only do so much for a dining experience when the food itself is sub-par.

I placed an on-line order at 0835 for pick up at 0900. I arrived at 0907 but the order still wasn't wasn't ready. I didn't receive my order until 0921. The restaurant was steady but not exceptionally busy or full. Perhaps they were short staffed in the kitchen today, but this location definitely needs better coordination so that orders are completed in a timely manner. Overall, I think that the floor design or layout of First Watch stores for the square footage that they typically occupy are not conducive to good work flow at all, and this may contribute to delayed order fulfillment.

I’ve ate at other First Watches…. Nice waitress but incapable. Food didn’t come together because she forgot to order. She never checked on us and the amount of bread that they gave for the avocado toast was about the size of a snicker bar. By the time she finally came back and I told her, it was gone. She had not refilled our pops which I had warned ahead of time I drink a lot. For 3.49 a drink you shouldn’t be without a drink. High end food and prices and horrible service are not a good combo. Obviously, bad management.
