First Watch

This location has abysmal service. We walked in at 1:45. They promptly took our order and by 230 the food had yet to arrive. After numerous request to check on our order, all we could see was them dusting down the kitchen and cleaning it. They didn’t even acknowledge that they failed to put the order in until we had to walk out.

Mother son date here for brunch. He loved the waffle and bacon so much he asked me to leave this review. My omelette and juice weee perfect! Thank you!

I waited for at least 5 minutes to he sat with only 2 tables occupied and no one working the front. My drink order was taken twice because wait staff #1 and wait staff #2 weren't on the same page. I was brought coffee and had no silverware to stir cream and sugar. Wait staff #2 disappeared for at least 10 minutes so I proceeded to do it with my finger. With a mostly empty dining room I waited for food for well over 30 minutes. Not one time did wait staff #2 even make an appearance in that timeframe. Once food was received wait staff #2 one again never once appeared to check on us. Had to go find said wait staff person to get a box and my bill. Frowny wait staff person dropped said bill on the table without a word or smile. No tip for you. Foods good. Won't be back to this location though.

I arrived at 7:15 AM on a Saturday which is 15 minutes after they open. The service was ok at best, our waitress could have been a little more pleasant and welcoming but seemed to be in a hurry, even though there was only 1 other table. The water had a funny smell and so did our drink glasses. The bacon was cold to the touch and my eggs were severely cold. It tasted like I was eating day old bacon, 30 minutes after they opened first thing in the morning. My pancakes were also cold but they NUKE the syrup so that kind of helped. It might have just been a bad day for them but for the price, it should have been top notch and the over all experience was sub par at best, which is sad for the location. I will never be eating here or at any of their other locations, ever again.

This was our "Last Watch"... Reserving online, it estimated 20mins, then arriving and checking in the hostess stated another 20-30mins wait. After seating, we waited 25 mins before I finally asked a server myself if we could have some water. The food was not very good, and they took one of the dishes off our bill as it was just a mush of nachos salsa, with two tiny pieces of barbacoa. We constantly battled getting our server's attention throughout the visit. Unfortunately I just do not think the staff is trained for the volume of weekend customers.
