First Watch

Was seated fairly quickly, but service was not great. It took over 10 minutes to get a coffee when there were several staff just standing around.

We started with the million dollar bacon which was an amazing starter. It's some of the best tasting bacon I have had and I've eaten a lot of bacon. It was so good that it was gone before I thought to take a picture. I had a power wrap and my partner had the elevated egg sandwich. Both were good, but my wrap needed more Pico de gallo. I would most definitely go back as they had many dishes that looked delicious.

We have been here many times and it has historically been one of our favorite breakfast places, but today! Holy hot mess. First off, the food was great, never an issue there. The service on the other hand, total garbage. Our server couldn't get the orders right. They brought the wrong food to my kids twice. Our orders didn't come out together. My wife and I are in hospitality and failing to bring the meal to the table at the same time is a pet peeve for me. It's rude and unprofessional. To add insult to injury, they charged us for the orders they screwed up I'm addition to the corrections. Dietary restrictions: My kids are dairy, gluten and soy free. Our server just couldn't get there order right. We sent back 2 orders.

The food was even better than expected. We loved the market veggie omelet, Belgian waffle, and grits. We will absolutely be making this a regular brunch spot. I do wish the service had been better. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order, only after we went to the hostess stand to let them know we hadn’t been waited on. Then when we did get a server, it was really hard to flag them down to get help. Again, we will be back. The food was great and everyone was friendly. The service was just disorganized.

If you enjoy hard potatoes this is the place to go. Im guessing that people enjoy this because when I asked for them to be cooked more I was met with confusion on the waiter and the cooks end. Iced coffee was also just terrible.

I've been to over 10 first watch restaurants and this one was lackluster in every way. The food was cold, the ingredients were not the usual premium ingredients, and the service was abysmal. This restaurant is a poor excuse for a first watch and does not uphold the standards of the franchise.
