Like the foods buy seems like the service is slow there even when it's not busy

Great place!

This place was a wonderful surprise! Only reason for the four stars instead of five was the server for my section was in the weeds and so someone else had to help. The breakfast sandwich I had was phenomenal, the coffee was nice and hot and the breakfast potatoes were outstanding. Hopefully the owners are thinking about opening one in the four points area.

Get the BLT Eggs Benedict! Add a Bloody Mary if brunch cocktails are your thing.

3/1/24 update. This place continues to underwhelm. The food tastes good, but for a place that serves eggs all the time, you’d think they’d know how to cook them. My wife and I both had overcooked eggs. That was after watching everyone who was sat down after us get service right away while we waited for a server to just say “hi” or give us eye contact. Only reason I don’t change my review to 1 star is because, other than the eggs, the food was good. It’s just ok. Went there a few times after they stopped being The Egg and I, and it was just ok. Probably won’t go back (unless they bring back the Egg and I Delux Breakfast Sandwich)

Waiter was friendly and attentive. Portion size for me felt rather small.
