The first time the oxtails were not done. I tried to give it another shot but my Salmon was hard and looked as if it had been sitting out all day. That was my LAST TIME

It's a NO for me. The young light skinned girl serving always has a attitude and raises her voice in a condescending tone when you ask her a question or to repeat something. I ordered the King Fish....DRY... broccoli....HARD and BLAND...rice and peas....BLAND.... The location at Wesley has a much better food . Breakfast and lunch.

Food gone through. Not good. Americans must be keeping this place open.

Tomato base oxtails is blasphemy!! The noodles in the mac and cheese was so overdone they fell apart and dissolved before they could be chewed not to forget the lack of flavor. Waste of my money!!

Ate here for dinner and had their Jerk Chicken was a great experience. If you have the chance it's a must try.

Very nasty not authentic has a strong aroma and weird flavor like they are using seasoning that is not usually used to prepare Jamaican food. I wouldn’t waste my money here

The only reason I give a one is because I had to. The service at the Boulder Crest location is absolutely absurd. They have a female that was working there on wens at 5:15 pm and she was sooooo rude and ignorant. She literally looked like a bulldog standing over a bowl of food. I am paying 15 dollars for some cabbage and king fish and she put one small pitch of cabbage and a small piece of fish. I ask for more cabbage (cabbage) and she got a additude and walked away from me. I use to go to the one up by Wesley chapel and it is amazing but that one on boulder crest has the most rudest, ignorant people I've ever encountered. My fiancee and I met the owner a few times and he is an amazing guy, u can't believe they hire people like that. I will NEVER go back there. If the owner reads this I'm sorry but the people at that location are very ignorant. The service was a 0.

Very Horrible Customer service ordered 4beef Pattie’s I received some hard crusted burned on the bottom Pattie’s instead of them throwing them away they actually served them to me for purchase i took them back and was told it would be a 30 min wait I ended up waiting an hr n something bc I live far and when I asked for a customer discount drink or something I was told Oh no I’n a very unmannered tone
