Firehouse Subs West Henrietta Road

GREAT first time experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful and the food was fabulous!! We will definitely be back. Very clean as well.

My favorite sub shop by far. Great choices and friendly atmosphere. Owner is actively out there taking orders and checking in with customers. Very polite employees and regularly enjoy trying something new.

Good clean place to eat parking is comfortable safe place to eat. Subs were very good. Service was friendly. Priced slightly above average but worth it once in a while.

They do not stand by standards. I ordered on Grubhub and they leave the orders for pickup out in the public breezeway. Someone else grabbed our order and they refused to remake it. I heard the manager arguing with the frustrated Grubhub driver at the restaurant as I was on other line of the phone. I’m sorry but if you leave your pick up orders out in public and choose to use Grubhub it is your responsibility if someone picks up the wrong order. They said it happens 3-5 times per day. They offered nothing to me and frustrated our family with over an hour waiting for food. We ordered from a new restaurant. The manager was blatantly rude and raised her voice at the Grubhub driver who was trying to advocate for us, she didn’t realize I was on the other line

At first this place was amazing! Super fast service, great food. The food is still great but the service is terrible. The last 3 times I went inside, employees would see me enter and not come take my order up front. I would stand there for more than 5 minutes. No one would acknowledge my existence with a one minute or I'll get to you soon.
