Firehouse Subs Northridge Center

Not a bad spot for a quick toasted sub!

Ordered online for pickup. Arrived at the pickup time only to have to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my food. I couldn’t get anyone to acknowledge my presence for picking up my food. There were several customers just sitting at tables waiting for their food as well. Once I finally received my food, I got home and the cookies were ordered were old. Definitely tasted rancid. At least a few days old. The sandwiches are subpar. I’d much rather go to Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy Johns and receive fresh food made within a reasonable amount of time with better customer service. I won’t be back.

Best sub shop around! A little more pricey than competitors, but well worth it! Inly downside is that the ordering app doesnt have the full menu so if you want something not on it...e.g. tuna sandwich, you have to order in person.

This location's online ordering is very poor. I ordered online and sat and waited for my food for 15 minutes after it was supposed to be done. Another customer came in, ordered and got their food before they even started making my order. When asked about it, I was told that customers who ordered in the store had priority. Meanwhile, three other sets of customers waited for their online orders to get started. Not a great policy. I won't be back.

I won’t go to any other firehouse because they can’t match the freshness & quality of the subs like this firehouse serves. So delicious every time. Fresh bread & veggies, I only come to this firehouse subs!

These guys have great subs! But the reason I only gave 4 stars, is because of the price. I was at another firehouse just the other day, and the same sandwich at this location is $2.50 more than the other location! I get it, these are franchises and prices may differ a bit, but I'm sorry, that's a huge difference!
