Firehouse Subs Norcross

I’m here at this location right now and the guy just charged us $1.20 for American cheese that we did not ask for and they don’t have. When we asked about it, there was no apology or offer to refund it. After trying to place a basic order with difficulty, it was not even worth it to try to fight it for a refund. Then to make matters worse, it’s been over 20 minutes and not one person has received their order. This is RIDICULOUS! If I hadn’t already paid with a gift card then I would have left 15 minutes ago. This is place sucks. Update: A few years have passed since I left this review and recently I have returned to this place and it is now a MUCH BETTER PLACE TO BE than it used to be. Both times that I have come in to pick up my order lately, the food has been ready on time, hot and the staff has been great! I don’t know if the place is under new management but I am thrilled to see the phenomenal improvement. Welcome back Firehouse!

Friendly clean good food.

I am gluten free, and it’s hard to find GF sandwiches. Firehouse has GF bread, (Udi’s) so I thought I would try it. Like most GF breads, it’s a little dry and falls apart easily. Had to eat the sandwich with a fork. The meats/cheeses are fresh, and you get a very large portion. There aren’t a ton of topping choices, and they were out of most kinds of chips (and they were out of cookies that come with the kids meal), but anytime a place has GF bread, I try not to complain about the other things! The sandwich that came in the kids meal was HUGE for a child’s portion- my 5 year old could not eat more than 1/3 of it! Dietary restrictions: They have Gluten Free bread- it’s Udis bread. It’s a little dry and falls apart easily, but hey, it’s GF and you can get a sandwich and eat like a normal person. Parking: Most people pick their sandwiches up and leave, so there is tons of parking. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu, and the kids sandwiches were HUGE!

We really enjoy Firehouse Subs. Good food, good value, and friendly staff. Great place to get a sandwich before a ballgame!

Clean atmosphere but when I walked in the workers just looked at me. My sub was a Lil sloppy..tasted good but looked thrown together

I went today for the Name of the Day promotion! My name begins and ends with the same letter!! ( Anecia) I hadn’t been in years so I decided to go. I was absolutely pleased I got the Beef Brisket with Cheddar and The Engineer Sandwiches they were so delicious and warm! I will definitely be back real soon!
