Fast food sandwiches. Nothing spectacular. Brisket sub, bread got soggy. Okay for mall food.
Definitely not a good place to eat nor work Barbara and her team are not good and I will be filing a big complaint soon she needs to be retired!!! Her attitude is horrible and the way she treats her workers is horrendous. She is not compassionate at all with other people Nor is she patient or Kind everything is an act the food there is horrible they are very unsanitary and Unprofessional

In the Black Friday rush, I have to call out Manager Thompson for providing competent cheerful service in chaos. I had a special order that most sub shops mess up. She made sure it was done correctly even with a whole rush of customers. Highly appreciated and commendable. With a smile on her face the whole time, too! Kid-friendliness: Complete Kids meal that included a fire chief hat, and at a reasonable price.
I don't know if this people take a training of how to be rude with the clients. No matter who is the cashier I always have the worst customer experience. They don't know how to say thanks, they don't even respond if you say it. That's not only customer service, is to have manners. It looks like if they're miserable working there. Omg!
Vest Firehouse Subs I had in a while. Service can be a bit slow. Music in the mall doesn't make any sense.
