Not very friendly staff. No hello. Just what do you want. Everyone and I mean everyone just on the phone and the dining room was a little on the messy side

One of the workers were unkind and was not wearing a hair net. The older woman was also making very racial comments that made my girlfriend feel very uncomfortable. We enjoyed this place up until now. Won't be returning.

Great food and clean dining. Give them a visit.

Tried to use their catering service for a VIP event. Put in the order the day before. 2 hrs before the event it shows they haven’t even started making them. I was on the phone with the manager and the catering provider for an hour trying to get them to make food. Barely was able to get food for 30 people. You’re better off going with a more established company or just not using this location. Very disappointing.

These are the most ridiculous people I've ever met. They refused to refund my money they're rude, unprofessional.

I get that you guys are busy, but putting people "on hold" when you actually just hang up on them is WILD. Once is an accident. Twice is on purpose. And by the time you finally decided to take my call about the order I was trying to have you wait to make, it was too late. Maybe next time ask the person why they're calling and if you're too busy to take an order JUST SAY THAT. I literally cannot leave the office. Our manager got stuck out on a call and was unable to pick up the order at the originally scheduled time. We order out once a month as an office treat. We will make sure not to use Firehouse next time.
