This has been our go to. We order from here 2 to 3 times per week. We got one really bad steak sandwich. The meat was so tough we tossed a $15 sandwich in the trash. I wrote to corportate. They said a store manager would contact us. They never did. Nevertheless we kept ordering. Now it has become totally hit or miss. Some days the sandwiches are awesome, other days, there is just a trace of meat. They definitely have a major issue somewhere. We will be ordering much less from here. Update... I have been in touch with corportate numerous times over this. They have asked the franchise owner to contact us. Never heard from them. My small company ate here multiple times per week. Apparently they have enough business that they don't need us.

If I could give Firehouse 10 stars I would! And the Largo Mall location in particular is just awesome!! Ive been coming to Firehouse since they opened. The staff always welsomes us and greers us with smiles and the store is always clean. On top of all that, the food is ALWAYS being fantastic and the owner of that location in particular is very professional and courteous. His care and concern for his restaurant, his community and his employees is on point. Im telling ya this place is spot on guys!! Thanks Firehouse Largo Mall!!

Well they got my order on rapid pickup failed to inform me that they didn’t have what I ordered, then I had to be reordered through the queue took 25+ mins. Not 100% on a good experience. Dietary restrictions: Celiac disease
Can never go wrong with a Firehouse sub
They had trouble with the computer and tried 3 times to charge me, they finally said they would look at it later, I hope I only got charged once.
