Outstanding! You should make sure to ask for a packet of Captain Sorenson sauce. The sa dwich is already good but that adds some "uummmph" to the sa dwich.
Well Brittany was rude yelled at me ans through my pick up order in the trash and I have yet to be refunded
Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a 14$ hook and ladder to find it had a bone in the ham. I called the store, spoke to BRITTANY, let her know there’s a bone in the ham just to be told “That’s Impossible”. She was the absolute rudest manager I have ever spoken to. I DID NOT ask for a refund or another sandwich just calling as an FYI and was told I’m a liar and hung up on.
Waited 30min for a sandwich.
Just like the other comments about posted close time, they had the doors locked at 8:30 PM. I ordered ahead to make sure I could drive right after my shift and stop by to grab my sammies for dinner. When I went up to the door at 8:30 PM, the girl cleaning the counters just looks at me and mouths the words "we're closed". She wouldn't come to the door even after I was pointing at my phone. My food wasn't in the pickup rack and I'm upset and disappointed. AT LEAST say you're not taking new orders, but allow those that have already paid for theirs to be able to pick it up while you're supposed to be open during your own hours posted on the door and your website. Never had this issue with other Firehouse Subs locations.
They shut down the store almost an hour earlier than the posted closing time and threw out my online order, this is ridiculous DONT ACCEPT ONLINE ORDERS IF YOUR NOT GOING TO MAKE THE FOOD
