I ordered through uber eats today. My soup was missing and I received a sandwich that wasn't even what I ordered. Now I'm fighting with uber eats to get a full refund. I am highly disappointed and upset. Update: You asked me to contact Firehouse through the link and all I was told was that you are sorry and contact uber eats.

A disappointing visit to this outlet overall as I received a lukewarm sandwich after a considerable wait. Once I brought the condition of the sandwich they told me the sandwich could not be warmed up since I had taken a bite out of it. Most places would have given a replacement but not here. They were only worried about cross-contamination. Well they did apologize, I did not appreciate the fact that they did not come up with a solution. One would think they would value the potential revenue loss across a long-term relationship more than they would the cost of just making one replacement sandwich..
